Packages shipped by UPS, DHL, and DPD are insured, have tracking numbers, and we guarantee one reshipment in case of a lost package. Regular Airmail is a cost-effective and discreet shipping method. It does not require a signature, does not have a tracking number, and consequently, is not insured. We do not resend packages shipped by Regular Airmail. Please note that we cannot be responsible for customs clearance, and the customer will have to carry all future taxes if there will be any in his/her country. We also cannot take any responsibility for the legality of the purchased products in your country.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Due to the nature of products, we cannot restock sold items. Therefore, we are unable to accept returned research chemicals. If your order arrives damaged, your item will be exchanged and reshipped. We ship at the expense and risk of the buyer. We can only guarantee delivery if you choose insured delivery. If one or more products are not available at the time of the order, they can be sent in an extra shipment. In this case, you will be contacted for partial shipping. Replacements for lost shipments can only be granted when an insured shipping option was used. Orders above 500 Euros are not subject to reshipment unless insured delivery is chosen.
