💬 Before Submitting a Support Ticket

To ensure the fastest and most efficient support, please keep the following in mind:

1️⃣ Bank Transfers
Payments are automatically processed within 24 hours on working days.
Weekend payments are processed on Monday morning.
➡️ No payment proof is needed unless the payment has not cleared after 24 hours.

2️⃣ Shipping & Reship Policy
A reshipment will only be issued if:

  • Your tracking shows no updates for 14 days, or

  • Your package is confirmed seized
    ➡️ Please allow time for normal postal delays.

3️⃣ Response Time
Our team answers tickets as quickly as possible.
⏱️ Response time can take up to 48 hours depending on volume.

4️⃣ One Ticket per Issue
Please do not create multiple tickets for the same matter.
This slows down support for everyone — just have patience, we are here to help!
